You can request a return within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging. Email info@vanityfiles.co with your order number to start a return. We will send you return instructions. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by you, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Used items A case that has been used, scuffed or marked cannot be returned unless it arrived damaged, defective or not as described.

Damaged, defective or wrong item Email info@vanityfiles.co within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, and you will not pay return shipping.

Lost or undelivered orders If tracking shows your order never arrived, email us and we will replace or refund it.

Refunds Approved refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Pre-orders You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.

TikTok Shop orders Orders placed on TikTok Shop follow the return window and process shown in the TikTok Shop app at checkout.
