Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Pre orders (LIP FILES). Pre order items are charged in full at checkout and ship in the window stated on the product page. You may cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but our Returns Policy applies. If we ever need to delay beyond the stated window, we will notify you with the option of a full refund.

In stock and made to order items. Orders enter processing quickly. You may cancel within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 12 hours, your order may already be processing or shipped and can no longer be cancelled; our Returns Policy applies instead.

Express shipping fees are refundable only if the order is cancelled before shipment.

We do not offer subscriptions or try before you buy at this time. To cancel, use the link in your order confirmation email or contact info@vanityfiles.co.
